    The mat is good. On the picture it is shown that coconut fiber is inside but it is pvc sponge actually. It is the only minus.

    This Acupressure Yoga Mat is better than expected and matches the product description well. The spiky body needles are quite sharp to the fingertips but are very effective and comfortable when laying on them. The drawstring bag is useful to keep it in. However instructions would be helpful?
